This multitasking cleanser cleans, tones, and exfoliates in one easy step. Rosewater, a naturally mild astringent, gently removes residual dirt, oil and makeup from skin. Here it is infused with hydrating oats and willow-bark extract to moisturize, while promoting healthy skin-cell turnover. (Diminishes fine lines and wrinkles, too.)

Directions for use: Spray Rosewater Cleansing Toner on a cotton pad and wipe entire face, neck, and décolleté. Repeat if necessary. Use morning and night.
