Anita Breast Form Warranty

Limited two year warranty on breast forms.  One year warranty on shells, swim/athletic forms or partial forms.  Replacement is for manufacturers defects only, not consumer abuse, neglect or loss.  Failure to clean breast forms will void your warranty.  Proof of purchase is required.  All claims must be presented through your store of purchase.  Warranty on replacement breast forms are from the date of original purchase. 

Lightweight breast forms have been known to form air bubbles when a difference in altitude is encountered.  For examples when traveling to higher or lower elevations may produce air bubbles in the silicone.  The bubbles will usually disappear in a week after the breast form is returned to the elevation you most frequent.  Altitude bubbles do not affect the life or warranty of the form.
